Gym Usage Rules

  1. Opening hours: 6:10 am to 8 am, 5 pm to 10 pm every day
  2. Only boarding students are allowed to use the gym.
  3. Underage students are not allowed to enter the gym.
  4. Students must sign in on the log book.
  5. Students are expected to use exercise equipment carefully and responsibly.
  6. Sharing of equipment is encouraged, but if the gym is crowded, students should limit the amount of time they use each device to allow others to use it (maximum time for 1 device is 30 minutes).
  7. Be careful when adjusting the device settings, and return to the original position after use.
  8. Any equipment failure or damage should be reported to school staff immediately.
  9. Students must exercise caution when using gymnasium facilities and follow the safety rules for fitness equipment.
  10. Avoid activities that may cause harm to self or others.
  11. Ask for help when performing sports that require assistance or where there is a high risk of injury.
  12. In case of accident or injury, students should inform the gym staff in time.
  13. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior that may disturb others is strictly prohibited.
  14. Use headphones when listening to music or watching videos so as not to disturb others.
  15. It is strictly forbidden to use mobile phones to record video and audio of other students during exercise without timely notification.
  16. Students are responsible for keeping the gym clean.
  17. After using equipment, students must wipe off any perspiration or residue and return the item to its original location.
  18. Eating, drinking (other than water) or chewing gum is not permitted in the gym.
  19. Air-conditioning system for the comfort of the students. No adjustments to temperature settings shall be made without permission from school staff.
  20. Those who do not comply with the regulations of the gym may be warned or temporarily suspended.
